my HR called today. yah, it's expected. she discussed the benfits, welfare, salary etc.. with me. and my salary seemed pathetic if u noe.. think money is such a sensitive issue. i shall not discuss here ba. it's juz a few cents more per hour. yah, so it's juz a few odd dollars more per month. but undeniably, there's also many public holday cuming up this month, next month as well as feb. so if u r calculative like me.. yesh, i will still gain in the end. soo.. y not ?? somemore, this type of contract is not those type where u terminate it and u will hav to compensate the company. this contract is whereby u juz need to give advance notice if u wanna quit the job. sooo... it's sounds reasonable isn't it. upon asking around the ppl here, they said yah.. it's 2 weeks advance notice will do.. but according to my HR she said if after the probation ( which is 3mths) i hav to give 1 month advance notice if i wan to quit, instead of the 2 weeks during the first 3 months. it's quite an "aDVANCE" rite?? haiz. but there's pro and cons... perhaps this is the cons ba. and if i'm not wrong, i'll b continuing this "admin" work of mine till june. hopefully they don teach me to do any shipping or wad... data-entry is all i ask for.

i learnt a lesson today. qualification and experience is EXTREMELY important to determine ur salary. because i'm juz an A level graduate.. there's y i'm paid lidat. furthermore i hav no experience. this is their benchmark. yah...pathetic 1000 odd per month. how many things can i buy with this pathetic sum. furthermore, under the agent.. i'm paid twice per month.. now.. it's onli once per end of the month. haiz. see how i'm gg to die w/o MONEY then .
later i'm gg down to international business park myself to sign my contract. hopefully everything worked out well... yah~~
